Kayaking is a sport for all ages. It requires no complicated equipment.  It is intended to get students started on sheltered waters and introduce Kayaking fundamentals, etiquette, condition awareness, safety, proper paddling techniques and self-rescue. A water session will follow 15 minutes on-land lesson.  During the day for Kayaking, the student will kayak to another beach close by to do the beach clean-up.

Stand Up Paddle (AUP) is a ancient Hawaiian activity sport of kings is a safe and healthy way to explore the oceans while building students’ ocean confidence and improving their balance and core strength.

We introduce Stand Up Paddle fundamentals, etiquette, condition awareness, safety, proper paddling techniques and self-rescue. A water session will follow 15 minutes on-land lesson.

Day 3 to 5 - half-day Windsurfing / half-day Wing foil

Windsurf with modern light equipment is fun and easy. It’s a fantastic sport where students can learn at their own rate and challenge themselves against nature and the elements.

Wing foil is a relatively new water sport that consists of maintaining balance on a board while holding a wing that is not attached to the board.  It is a hybrid between windsurfing and kitesurfing. Hence the name "wing foil", because we hold a "wing" on a "foil" board (which is characterized by being very light and perfect for the water because it offers little resistance).

For beginners, we start with a dry land simulator, where the basic skills and theories, including rigging, launching, start and landing, can be taught and demonstrated before launching into the water.

A water session will follow a 60-minute on-land lesson.

On the second day, students will learn more about points of sailing, sailing techniques, sailing stances and the manoeuvres of boards.

More practice is the second step for every novice windsurfer who wants to improve their skills. In this training session, different points of sailing, especially upwind sailing, will be practised.
