ESF Sporting Experience – five action-packed days, allowing students to develop skills with experts in various sports games. Boys & girls are welcome!

Taking place at SIS, students will work with qualified coaches on basic skills leading into team games towards the end of the week.

The focus will be on engaging students in part to develop their knowledge and skills on the court/field and in the swimming pool. The different sports will ensure that students are challenged in several other areas, such as agility, coordination, balance and fitness. Coaches will emphasise good technique and teamwork and encourage tactical awareness during game/play competitions.

Meals:

Students can either purchase lunch from the Refectory or bring their own packed lunch for the week.

Transportation:

Students must make their way or take the school bus to SIS daily.
