New students starting in August 2024
Students joining SIS in Years 8-10 and Year 12, starting August 2024, should enrol on 'SIS goes MaD' as soon as their place is confirmed. Parents of new students should enrol by emailing the trip administrator, stating four choices in priority order.
Students whose space with SIS is confirmed BEFORE June 30, 2024 should:

Students should select and discuss their choices with their parents thoroughly and agree on four choices they would like to make in priority order.

Email the trip administrator, listing the choices, with the student's full name and year group in the new school year. A copy of the student's travel document should be attached if one of the four choices is an overseas trip.

The trip administrator will allocate new students to their choices according to trip availability and on a first-come-first-served basis whenever possible. An email will be sent to the new student and parents, confirming space on the trip.

A deposit is required by not later than July 14 (except for an overseas trip) to secure the allocated space. The overseas trip is required 1 week after the slot is confirmed to secure the allocated space. For local and the trip cost is over HK$2,000, a HK$2,000 deposit is requested. If the cost is under HK$2,000, full payment is requested (no deposit). For Overseas trips - HK$5,000.
