Provisional Programme (subject to final confirmation):

This adventure invites a group of food lovers of all abilities to discover and explore an ultimate assortment of international cuisine.  The 5-day culinary experience will focus on hands-on cooking sessions with culinary experts in Hong Kong.  Classes include product knowledge and tips, explanation of tools and techniques, traditional and cutting-edge preparation methods, artistic display and tasting sessions to sample the dishes taught.

 

The cooking classes will feature different cuisines from around the world and will include cake-making and Green cooking.

 

Aprons will be provided for each participant.

Students are advised to bring their containers to pack food home to share with families except for Day 4.  The scones or cookies will be donated to the elderly centre.

Transportation:

Students must attend the Towngas Cooking Centre at 9/F, Lee Theatre, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong every day.
